Hello! My name is Lottena Wolters, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the founder of the F.L. Wolters Group. I provide non-judgmental counseling to adults experiencing major life changes, personal and professional relationship difficulties, and mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD and trauma. My goal as a therapist is to help you uncover your true self, assert your needs and make time to nurture your peace.

I was born and raised in Liberia and I also grew up in Northern Virginia, Yemen and Pakistan. I earned my M.A. in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. In my spare time, I enjoy puttering around in my garden, West African drumming, and Latin social dances.
