This group focuses on practicing kindness toward yourself through mindfulness and reflective exercises. You'll learn tools to manage self-criticism, build emotional resilience, and show up for yourself with more care.
Body Doubling
The group is for individuals looking for extra motivation and accountability to complete personal work or tasks. It's a good way to have some social support and accountability to achieve what you need to get done in a fun setting.
Pivoters: Career Transition Support Group
Pivoters is a counseling-informed support group that centers occupational, emotional, and social wellness for adults navigating career transitions, burnout, or shifts in professional identity. We emphasize reflection, values clarification, and shared experience in community rather than problem-solving or performance.
Emotional Resilience: Tools To Manage Stress and Improve Relationships
The overall goal of this group is to help participants change patterns of thoughts, feelings, behavior, and interpersonal interactions that have become associated with problems in their daily lives. You will learn about and practice using Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques/skills to reduce maladaptive behaviors and build a more efficient and satisfying life.
