

Meet Cicely!
About
As Chief Operating Officer, Cicely oversees the daily operations of the practice, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and staff. She manages everything from client intake and scheduling to administrative team training and systems management. By overseeing key functions and improving internal processes, Cicely plays a vital role in supporting the practice's mission and growth.

Cicely came to the FL Wolters Group from USAID, where she most recently served as the Supervisory Executive Officer for USAID/Zambia. In this capacity, she supervised a team of 14 in support of an office of 150 staff, managing all aspects of administrative operations for the mission. Cicely also previously worked as EXO in Cambodia, El Salvador and Nicaragua, after joining USAID in 2016. Prior to USAID, Ms. Lewis began her government career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nicaragua and subsequently spent almost a decade working domestically and overseas, both with the Peace Corps and the Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service.

Cicely holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the College of William and Mary, and an MA in International Training, Education, and Global Health from American University in Washington, DC. Hailing from Fairfax, Virginia, Ms. Lewis enjoys swimming, reading, and exploring new places and cuisines with her family.
