As Chief Operating Officer, Cicely oversees the daily operations of the practice, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and staff. She manages everything from client intake and scheduling to administrative team training and systems management. By overseeing key functions and improving internal processes, Cicely plays a vital role in supporting the practice's mission and growth.

Cicely Lewis joined the FL Wolters Group following 20 years of federal service in executive management and operations. She began her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nicaragua, followed by almost a decade with the Peace Corps domestically and overseas, the Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service, and the US Agency for International Development in El Salvador, Cambodia, and Zambia.

Cicely holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the College of William and Mary, and an MA in International Training, Education, and Global Health from American University in Washington, DC. Hailing from Fairfax, Virginia, Ms. Lewis enjoys swimming, reading, and exploring new places and cuisines with her family.
