As the Executive Personal Assistant to the practice owner and founder Lottena Wolters, Terrin is responsible for administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, document organization, social media updates, and oversight of household management tasks.

A young DC native, Terrin has experienced opportunities that led her to possess an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills. That motivated her to pursue a career as an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys providing personalized and timely support to executive teams.

She is known for facilitating a collaborative environment while maintaining effective internal and external communication, planning events, and coordinating special projects. She thrives on managing complex schedules, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and ensuring seamless operations. Her goal is always to clarify an organization’s vision, identify gaps, and create a roadmap to achieve objectives.
