Meet Alex!
About Me
Hello! My name is Alex, and I earned my M.A. in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I enjoy working with clients of any age and background, although I have the most experience with children and young adults. I am willing to help with a wide range of presenting problems, particularly struggles with anxiety, depression, or identity concerns.

My goal is to create a collaborative and nonjudgmental environment to support clients in addressing and overcoming life challenges. I use an integrative and person-centered approach to counseling, drawing from various techniques based on what is best for each client. In addition to more traditional therapy, I also have some experience with expressive techniques stemming from approaches like drama therapy and play therapy.

Overall, I believe in partnering with individuals to help create a personalized wellness plan, providing the tools and support you need to thrive!
