Weekly Meditation Group

Did you know meditation can be good for your mental health? It’s true! Interested in trying it out or deepening your practice?

We would love to have you join our Meditation group, which starts on February 28, 2024. The group is both accessible to beginners and can offer something to you if you're more experienced, too: a structure to help you commit to a regular practice and likely try something new.


We'll explore mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, gentle movement, and other meditative practices to support your emotional well-being. We'll also discuss the origins of meditation, its purpose, how to overcome obstacles to doing it regularly, and a whole lot more.


While it's not group therapy, you’ll learn simple tools to find ease during times of stress, all while connecting with others. 

The group is led by Caitrin McKee, a yoga teacher trained in therapeutic and trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation. 

When: Wednesdays, 7 - 8:15 pm

Cost: $30 per session (10% discount available for advance payment in full)
