Hi, I’m Romeo Aldea III, the Wellness Program Coordinator at FL Wolters Group. With a strong background in client engagement and program coordination, I’m passionate about creating meaningful wellness experiences that support personal growth, mental health, and community connection.

Before joining FL Wolters Group, I worked in sales and client support, where I developed a deep appreciation for understanding individual needs and delivering tailored solutions. I now bring that same level of care and attention to our wellness programming—helping to organize and support events, manage participant communications, and ensure our offerings are accessible and inclusive.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, exploring wellness practices, and connecting with people who are committed to positive change. I’m excited to be part of a team that values both compassion and impact, and I look forward to supporting our members on their wellness journeys.
