Lottena Wolters, LPC
CEO & Therapist
Lottena Wolters is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the founder of The FL Wolters Group. Her goal as a therapist is to help clients uncover their true selves, assert their needs and make time to nurture their peace. The types of therapies she uses include: Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other client-centered approaches.
Lottena has a strong professional interest in expressive therapies, such as dance and movement therapy. She earned her M.A. in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. She holds both telehealth and in-person appointments.

Caitrin McKee
Office Supervisor
Caitrin McKee is the practice's Office Supervisor. She manages the intake process, liaises with clients, and supports the practice with other administrative and communications needs, including insurance claims, the website, social media and the hiring process for new staff. Caitrin’s goal is to be a friendly point person, helping clients and staff to feel welcomed, comfortable, and respected.
Caitrin is also a registered yoga teacher who independently offers therapeutic yoga services via individual appointment and small group workshops. Caitrin is training to become a certified yoga therapist focused on easing anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and chronic pain.
Roxana Raica, LPC
Administrative Supervisor & Therapist
Roxana Raica is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about working with adults from various backgrounds who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, substance use/addiction, and other mental health concerns. Her approach to psychotherapy is integrative, collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental. She blends various treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
Roxana earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Washington University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. Roxana holds telehealth and limited in-person appointments.
Jenny Nachbar, LGPC
Therapist
Jenny Nachbar considers it a great privilege to accompany others as they experience life's challenges and search for meaning. She is a careful listener with deep empathy and a good sense of humor. She provides person-centered, strengths-based counseling for a wide range of issues, including life transitions, anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, ADHD, and learning challenges.
Her goal is to help her clients feel heard and accepted and then to identify their strengths so that, with her help, they can use their strengths to work towards healing and wholeness. Jenny, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), earned an M.A in Education and Human Development from George Washington University and an M. Ed. from Marymount University. She holds both telehealth and limited in-person appointments.
Jawana Gault
Patient Care Coordinator
Jawana serves as our Patient Care Coordinator and she brings to us a wealth of experience in office management. In that role, she supports the business with both client care coordination and back office tasks, assisting primarily with the client intake process and billing.
She is a Certified Recovery Coach and Forensics Peer and previously served with the DC Department of Behavioral Health as a Certified Peer Specialist, mentoring young adults through their journey of recovery from mental health and substance abuse conditions.
Jawana’s goal is to combat the stigma associated with mental illness and advocate for society’s fair treatment of those who live with a disability due to their illness.
Francisca Faundez Rojas, LGPC
Therapist
Francisca Faundez Rojas, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) who earned her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University, provides counseling in both English and Spanish (Ofrece terapia tanto en inglés como en español). She enjoys working with preteens, teens, and young adults from diverse backgrounds who seek support in coping with anxiety, post-traumatic stress (including race-based), depression, relationship difficulties, and other mental health challenges.
Francisca uses a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, integrating techniques from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)Narrative, Expressive and Mindfulness-based therapies. She believes that individuals are the experts of their own lives, and she is grateful to accompany them as they develop self-awareness and self-compassion, reconstruct their narratives to face their hardships, and embrace their genuine selves
Alex Smith
Office Assistant
Alex Smith is a graduate student pursuing an M.A. in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. They are excited to be completing their clinical internship at The FL Wolters Group. Alex is passionate about working with clients of all ages and from various backgrounds, especially children and young adults. Their goal is to offer a genuine and nonjudgmental environment in which clients can seek out support for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and identity searching. Alex primarily utilizes a person-centered and strengths-based approach in therapy, and incorporates techniques from different theories that are most relevant to each client's presenting concerns. These techniques may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems theory, and feminist theory, as well as more expressive options such as drama therapy and movement therapy.
Emma Kienzle
Counseling Intern
Emma Kienzle (she/her) is a graduate student earning her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is excited to be completing her Practicum and clinical internship with the FL Wolters Group.
Emma believes in a collaborative relationship between the therapist and client in order to inform treatment goals. It is important to her to work from a strengths-based approach to support clients in using the tools they already possess to make progress on their personal goals.
The types of interventions she uses include Person-Centered, Narrative Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as other client centered approaches. Emma works with a diverse range of clients, and she is especially passionate about supporting clients in the LGBTQ+ community.
Daniela Romero, LGPC
Therapist
Daniela Romero is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) who earned her M.A. in Forensic Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Daniela is bilingual and provides counseling in English and Spanish (Daniela es bilingüe y ofrece terapia tanto en inglés como en español).
Her passion includes working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, cultural identity, relationship and family issues. Daniela's treatment modalities include Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy. Her goal is to create a safe environment for clients using a strengths-based and culturally responsive approach.
Caroline Santilli, LPC
Clinical Supervisor & Therapist
Caroline is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR) in Washington, DC, and she worked with DC Public Schools to provide student, family, and school-wide support for the past six years. She is passionate about providing integrated, trauma-informed, and systematic support to clients of all ages on individual, family, and community levels.
Caroline has a strong passion for creating change using both art-based and somatic practices, as well as talk therapy. Her treatment approach combines practices from Art Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy.
Caroline earned her M.A. in Art Therapy and Counseling from The George Washington University. She currently accepts intakes for telehealth appointments and limited in-person appointments.
